Description

PRICE REDUCED FOR A QUICK SALE
I am selling my Camo Escort (2 + 1) 3 Inch Magnum Shotgun to help fund a Freelander I am getting next week. I took the gun to Geremy Marshal of Towers Of Rochdale this morning for him to carefully inspect it and give his professional opinion on it's condition and value. He said it could very safely be described as in very good (95%) condition. The reason for the deduction of 5% is due to just a few very light signs of wear in the camo pattern which has happened through careful use in the field.
Geremy stated that if I offered it for sale at £250 I really would be selling it at a bargain price, especially with all of the accessories that come with it. These accessories include a full set of (Flush fitting) 5 chokes and choke key contained in a hand made leather choke wallet, Saf-T-Plug, Spare shims for adjusting the cast and LOP etc, several spare brand new Rubber O-Rings plus a reasonable quality shotgun slip - I can even throw in a reasonable quality (used) cartridge belt if required.
The gun has an OAL of 48 inches, a LOP of 14 inches and a 27 inch barrel which is proofed for 3 inch Magnum cartridges.
This gun has NEVER missed a beat for me using either heavy or light load cartridges and is a joy to fire.
Anyone with a serious interest can PM me with their e-mail address and I will take and send whatever good quality photos they require to their e-mail address.
Even though Geremy suggested a price of £250 for this complete shotgun package I am willing to accept £200 for a quick face to face deal (I would prefer as the buyer can then come out with me on one of my permissions and put the gun through it's paces to see how reliable it is - I will even pay for the cartridges) If however a transfer is required it can be arranged and I will then accept £225 out of which I will pay the transfer fees from my end (The buyer would still have to make arrangements to pay his RFD whatever fees he charges at his end)
Anyone interested please say so on this thread and then PM me with a contact number and I will call them to answer any questions they might want to ask.
Thanks for looking!
