Description

For sale is my CZ .22 452-2E as I am no longer renewing my licence at the start of next year and haven't shot in over 3 years now and its a shame to leave it in the cabinet.

There isn't a great deal to say about this gun other than i bought it from a man locally who used it infrequently and sold it to me as he wasn't using it anymore since he started stalking and lamping with much bigger calibers. I took it out quite a bit during my time as a Greenkeeper and used it to knock down rabbits on the golf course, it was fantastic at this, only has a cheap scope that was once on my air rifle but it proved reliably to put down rabbits around 100yds with relative ease. I wish I had the time and the permission to warrant keeping the gun but cannot any longer.

This gun will come with everything you see, Rifle, Scope (unknown manufacturer), Bi-pod (I dont personally think it is Harris but it is very sturdy, strong and has the tilt option), Moderator (this was purchased from shooting supplies in Bromsgrove but again i dont know the manufacturer), Sling (decent QD swivel type with reasonable size padding).

The moderator on this gun is superb, it used to have a Parker Hale fitted when i first purchased the gun but quickly upgraded to this and it was night and day difference. Shooting supplies told me the company that makes these was local to them and assured me that it would be a huge difference in noise.

If you want a rifle that's going to be cheap to run and effective at pest control this is it.

The only negative points are that it hasn't been cleaned religiously as I have always gone on the advice (from a local gamekeeper) that it doesn't really matter with a .22 your going to use occasionally and with the amount of oil on rimfire rounds. It was never abused in its time with me, I didn't throw it in the back on the quad or leave it out in bad weather, it was always kept dry and free from dirt. The rear stock pad is missing and wasn't really doing anything so it is just the hard plastic.
